Project Lead Surgical Strategy and PHSA Supply Chain Liaison, Interior Health Authority

As a supply chain liaison, I support the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) and Interior Health (IH). In this part of my role, I help manage and oversee supply chain issues and concerns across the region, primarily among the surgical network. In the project lead portion of my role, I support various projects and surgical initiatives with project management and coordination.

November 2020 - March 2023

Inventory Liaison, Interior Health Authority

Inventory manager for the Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Labs at Kelowna General Hospital. Here I controlled inventory counts, order medical equipment, and worked in an interdisciplinary environment with doctors, nurses, and radiation technologists.

September 2018 - October 2020

Pharmacy Assistant, Willowgrove IDA Pharmacy

Here I was working alongside pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. I filled various prescriptions, compounded medications, and gained knowledge in pharmacy computer software. Helped produce pill packets for various long-term care homes and the Saskatoon Correctional Centre.
